Florida State University: Cawthon Hall Remodeling

| This project was a total interior and exterior renovation that involved several significant restoration aspects for this historical dormitory. A recently new concept, the "Living/Learning" Program with educational facilities was integrated into the project. The conventional dorm room configuration was eliminated in favor of 297 new beds provided in a suite-style arrangement. The project involved code corrections, and new infrastructure including HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinkler system, power, lighting, and finishes. |
