FAMU / FSU School Of Engineering

GRC design the connector atrium and phase II of the Florida A & M / Florida State University College of Engineering. The 90,000 g.s.f building featured with a panaled metal exterior skin. GRC provided advanced programming, master site planning, design and construction documents, value engineering / GMP review and construction administration. Additional services included environmental permitting, design of communications systems, interior design and furnishing selection and full time site representation. The complex includes three separate facilities connected by an enclosed walkway and the atrium.
