Florida A & M University: School of Business and Industry

Florida A & M University's School of Business was a 31,000 gsf expansion to the existing main building. GRC was commissioned to provide facility programming, master site planning for future phases, pre-design surveys and testing services, site permitting, building design, site design and engineering, communications systems infrastructure, interior design and furnishings selection, and construction administration with full time site representation. The semi-circular plan of the facility represents the College's global perspective in its curriculum. The East Wing is one segment of the circular arc which will encircle a future plaza. The building's circulation corridors are designed to spatially interact with the plaza which will be a place for assemblies and exhibitions from the international business world.
